Tangy Red Cabbage and Beets with Beef

Last Sunday I made Tangy Red Cabbage and Beets with Beef, from Every Day with Rachael Ray.

I've made this recipe a couple of times before: it's a winner.  I skipped the caraway seeds (we didn't have any), used dried dill instead of fresh, and used some leftover flank steak we had in the freezer.
