After we got back from SlutWalk last Saturday, I made Steamed Lima Beans with White Fish, from The Food Matters Cookbook. (I had made it before and really liked it.) The catfish was nearly a week old at this point, but it wasn't bad, just a little fishy. (This is the problem when there are no grocery stores in walking distance: I end up going to the grocery store only about once every ten days (since it's a fifteen-minute drive there and back), so the food sometimes goes bad before I have a chance to cook it. I hope that they'll actually get around to putting a grocery store in the Mechanic Theater development project, but it won't be anytime soon.)
